Ok....so its been 10 days dry. Woohooo.
I have noticed a FANTASTIC side effect from not drinking.....WEIGHT LOSS!!!!
Yesssss......I have lost 6kg!!!!!
I mean it stands to reason really....considering over half my daily calorie intake was booze. This is fantastic....and I mean....FANTASTIC!!
Lookout wardrobe.....all those jeans that I haven't worn for 3 years and have been sitting there taunting me...well....your day is coming hahaha.
So I now have yet another achievement to celebrate. Yay me!!!
