I am sure I am ruled by the moon. And Saturday night's 'Supermoon' had to have been partly responsible for such an emotive week for me. Well...it's a nice mystical sounding theory hahhaa.
I have had the most relaxing weekend. Had friends pop round on Saturday night for a few hours, and yes, the patio area is a HUGE success!! It was good to pour a tonne of endorphins into my system by laughing non stop. Just great:)
This morning's weigh in has revealed that I have now lost 16.2Kg. I am wearing jeans that I haven't worn for nearly 3 years!! It is a fantastic feeling because the goal wasn't to lose weight...it was to get healthy and sober. What an EXCELLENT side effect I say!!
